Do you offer a secure payment method through the website?
Yes, all purchases made on our site are handled through PayPal, which is the most recognized and respected name in online payments. Your personal information is not collected by Holmes Stationers.
When will my order ship?
We process orders Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Standard delivery is 7 to 10 business days. If for any reason the item is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know how long the estimated time of arrival will be.
What are my delivery options for online purchases?
Whether you are purchasing an item from our Bridal Registry or Gifts section, you may choose to have your order shipped to you, or you can pick it up in our store. If you are purchasing an item from our Bridal Registry, we also provide local delivery to the bride at no charge. We will also deliver to local showers. Each order can only be shipped to one address, so if you are placing orders with multiple shipping addresses, we ask that you place each order separately.
What are your shipping charges?
We offer flat rates on our shipping. Each item is categorized by Small, Medium, or Large and the shipping charges are as follows:
Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax on items shipped to Mississippi or picked up in our store.
How can I check on my order?

What is your return policy?
Any (unpersonalized) item may be returned in the store within three days for complete credit. If outside of those three days, in-store credit is issued.
Can I purchase invitations or stationery directly from the website?
Kind of . . . Stationery products cannot be purchased over the website. We feel it is important to have personal contact with you to ensure that your custom order meets with your approval.
Our website does allow you to select the item you are interested in and fill out our simple form. We will email you a proof and contact you directly with payment instructions. At that point, we will discuss if you want the invitations mailed or wish to pick them up in the store.
How long does it take for my stationery order to be completed?
Provided we have the paper in stock, we can usually complete orders within two business days.
I am a bride. Can I sign up for your registry online?
It is best if a bride is able to register in the store. When that is not possible, we will do whatever is necessary to help you from a distance to get registered. Looking at other registries on our site will help you see what all is available, but much more will be available than may see. Email us at email@example.com and we will work with you personally to get you registered. If you decide later that you want to make a change to your registry, just call us at 601-276-2700.
I am purchasing items for multiple brides. Can I group them in one order?
In order for the online registry to work properly, and to ensure that the correct gift gets to the correct bride, we ask that you place separate orders for each bride.
